In only its second year, the White Truffle Festival has already risen to preeminence as a world-class wine and food event. The event, created to mirror Italy's annual Fiera del Tartufo (truffle fair), is a celebration of one of the truly transcendent food and wine pairings: Alba white truffles and Piedmontese wines.
Participating restaurants have been hand-selected by Urbani Truffles and Antinori's Prunotto Winery. For 2017, all three of our Wine World Wine Bars were chosen to represent Northwest Florida.
Each unique dinner will feature multiple courses, all incorporating imported Italian white truffles and expertly paired with the wines of Piedmont. They will be held on November 7th, 8th, and 9th respectively.
