Our Wine World Chefs got together a few years ago and began cooking up what soon became our famous "World Dining Series." The idea sprouted from the age-old wine & food pairing idea: "If it grows together, it goes together." Regional foods pair best with wine made from grapes that grow in the same soil as those foods, and made by the hands of those well trained in the culinary traditions of that region.  

Starting on October 9th, The Wine Bar in Grand Boulevard will be taking you on a weekly journey through the many wine regions of the world. Chef Dawn will be preparing the unique dishes for sharing and we'll pair the food with a bottle of wine from the featured region--keep an eye out for her famous "Bobotie" from South Africa, on the menu for Nov. 6th. 


The Wine Bar at Watercolor will begin their World Dining Series on Monday, October 23rd. Chef Max will be taking your taste buds to France with some classic Basquaise Chicken.

In Destin, our newest addition to the Wine World team: Chef Lawrence Klang, will be preparing unique dishes from Italy to Germany, beginning on Monday, October 23rd. 

Every  Monday, enjoy a new shared meal for two and a bottle of regional wine, expertly paired with the food.
