About the Guests: Melissa Muller & Fabio Sireci

Fabio Sireci is the third-generation steward of Feudo Montoni, a historic Sicilian estate whose winemaking roots stretch back to the 15th century. Under his care, the estate has become one of Sicily’s most respected organic wineries, celebrated for its dedication to native varietals like Nero d’Avola, Grillo, Perricone, and Catarratto. With deep reverence for tradition and terroir, Fabio combines ancient practices with modern precision to create wines that are soulful, site-driven, and distinctly Sicilian.

Melissa Muller, a celebrated chef and cookbook author, brings her own connection to Sicily through food. She ran a critically acclaimed Sicilian restaurant in Manhattan and penned the cookbook Sicily: Recipes Rooted in Tradition, a heartfelt tribute to the island’s culinary heritage. Today, she joins her husband Fabio at Feudo Montoni, blending her culinary artistry with the estate’s winemaking philosophy.

Together, Melissa and Fabio represent the soul of Feudo Montoni—a harmony of flavor, culture, and heritage shaped by centuries of Sicilian history and brought to life in every glass and every dish.
