Immerse yourself in the flavors of Italy as you enjoy an array of authentic Italian dishes and learn about the Italian wines that pair with them. 

Chef Scott Plumley will be preparing hors d'oeuvres preceding a 4-course meal, that will highlight 8 Italian wines presented by renowned wine import specialist, Francois Schenk. 

Together these talented professionals will teach you food & wine pairing techniques, and talk about the origins and profiles of all the flavors you experience.

From crisp and bubbly to rich and full-bodied, these wines paired with authentically prepared dishes will transport your taste buds to a traditional trattoria in Italy!

$60 per person includes everything listed. This unique experience will be held on our patio on a Saturday evening. Up to 50 guests can dine comfortably on the patio, so we advise reserving your place in advance.
